We have been dealing with Runnr courier for approximately eighteen months now, and could not be happier. This company has always gone above and beyond in their efforts to provide top-notch service and have proven to be extremely reliable and trust-worthy as well. Their booking/scheduling system is very user-friendly and efficient and has been great for us to work with.

I’ve been using Runnr courier for a little over a year now and have been thoroughly impressed with their service. Their website is very well designed, being able to seamlessly book pick ups and drop offs as well as track any orders that I currently am waiting for in a few clicks. I was able to get all of my employees set up with their own accounts so that they are kept in the loop with what’s going on with their perspective orders making my job that much easier not having to keep track of the whereabouts of all their deliveries.

We have been using RUNNR daily as our primary local courier since March 2022. For companies like us with more than one location in town, they offer an important feature that guarantees a high delivery accuracy by showing on a map the pickup and delivery points when we are booking a service. Their system is user friendly, and you recieve notifications through the process via email, so we always know where our parcels are and when the service is completed, and a picture is added in real time as proof of delivery.

I have been dealing with Runnr Delivery since April 2020. The main reason we switched to Runnr from our previous courier was their online booking system. Being able to just log in to their website and schedule deliveries instead of having to call is a huge time saver. They have always gone the extra mile for us in regard to how far outside Saskatoon they will go & any issues we have had (there have been very few) Louis, Nicholas & their team have been quick to rectify. If we ever forget to confirm or complete our order online, they will call to confirm if we still need the delivery or not. It has been over 2 years using Runnr exclusively & we will not use anyone else for our courier services.
